We're alive!!

Yep...I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. For some reason, I'm finding it hard to get some computer time in these days! :-) As most of you know, Anna Claire was born on May 27th at 11:53am. She was 7lbs. 6oz. and 19.5in long. She arrived very healthy scoring a 9/10 on her apgar test...yay Anna! I had a super easy labor and delivery...they started my pitocin drip at 3am and she arrived just under 9 hours later. Yay for epidurals! Lori did a fantastic job photographing the labor and delivery for us. I am so thankful to have these images that I know I will always treasure. She was such a trooper, arriving at the hospital at 5am and sticking with me until it was all over and done with. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lori!! Here are a few images that she captured that day. Stay tuned for my next blog post which has some images from when she came back on Day 2.

Oh my goodness! Congratulations Suzanne, Anna is absolutley beautiful! Lori did a fantastic job, as always. :) I had forgotten Byron is your doctor. His wife is a really good friend of mine. He actually assisted on my c-section with Emma Cate. I can't wait to meet Anna. Enjoy every moment! I hope you get some rest. :)
